Her role as CEO reflects her commitment to holistic wellness and innovative solutions.

In February 2020, Rachel founded the New U Women’s Clinic and Aesthetics, offering comprehensive services tailored to women’s health needs. She further demonstrated her dedication by founding the Healing Hands Project, a nonprofit organization providing menstrual health products to low-income and homeless women. With over 12 years of clinical experience, Rachel holds dual board certifications as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with expertise in Advanced Genetics. Her contributions to the field have been recognized through the Women’s Healthcare Journal features and her role as a national keynote speaker on women’s health.

Rachel was honored with the 2022 ATHENA Young Professional Leadership Award among her numerous accolades. Under her leadership, her clinic has been acclaimed as the Best Women’s Clinic, Weight Loss Center, and Med Spa in Tri-Cities Best for 2022 and 2023.
