Dr. Rachel Fidino: Owner

CEO, MSN, ARNP, WHNP-BC, AGN-BC, DNP

Dr. Rachel Fidino is a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over twelve years of clinical expertise. She is double board certified and has national credentials as both a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and in Advanced Genetics.

In February 2020, Dr. Fidino founded New U Women’s Clinic and Aesthetics, a holistic center designed to cater to women of all ages. Her clinic has been recognized as the Best Women’s Clinic, Weight Loss Center, and Med Spa in the Tri-Cities for three consecutive years (2022, 2023, and 2024).

As a passionate advocate for women’s health, Dr. Fidino established the Healing Hands Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on enhancing menstrual health, improving access to feminine hygiene products, and uplifting the quality of life for low-income and homeless women, as well as young women escaping sex trafficking.

Dr. Rachel Fidino is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over ten years of clinical experience. She is double board certified and holds national certifications as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and in Advanced Genetics Nursing.

Dr. Fidino believes in personalized and precision healthcare and specializes in Genetic Counseling and testing services. She opened New U Women’s Clinic and Aesthetics in February 2020 as a one stop solution for women of all ages. Her expertise is in hereditary cancer syndromes, comprehensive women’s health, hormone replacement therapy, and state-of-the-art aesthetic procedures. In 2022, Dr. Fidino launched her first skincare line called, LA CANNEBERGE, after struggling to find a natural product that could treat a variety of skin types.

Dr. Alana Berdiyev

ARNP, FNP-C, DNP

Dr. Berdiyev graduated from Washington State University as a Family Nurse Practitioner with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Prior to moving to the Tri-Cities in 2018, she lived in Seattle, WA earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Seattle University. Her nursing career started at Kadlec Regional Medical Center where she worked as a nurse on the Resource team working on various units throughout the hospital. Prior to joining the New U team, she worked on the Clinical Decision Unit where she cared for a wide variety of post-operative and gynecological patients.

Piper Mercer

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Piper Mercer has always been an important part of the Tri-Cities, a place where she and her family are well-known and have lived for a long time. She loves when her family gets together the most—a simple pleasure, especially now that her adult kids are spread out and starting their own lives in different places. As much as she loves her family, she also loves being outdoors, enjoying the local sunshine, and going on outdoor trips with her husband or by herself—hiking, skiing, and boating across the rivers. She keeps her energy up with regular workouts at Orange Theory Fitness.

Raina Chander

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Raina is one of our aesthetic nurse injectors. She is a highly skilled and compassionate registered nurse with a background in critical care and emergency medicine. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Arizona, where she was born and raised. With four years of experience on the front lines of healthcare, Raina is now channeling her focus to the beauty and medical aesthetics industry.

Cait Bero

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Cait graduated from the Denver College of Nursing in June 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her nursing career in the Medical ICU at The University of Colorado Hospital in Denver, CO, a facility renowned for being a Level I Trauma Center and achieving ANCC Magnet Recognition for several consecutive years. Since starting her career, she has become board certified as a Critical Care RN and assumed the role of Rapid Response Registered Nurse for the 700+ inpatient bed facility. Emphasizing her leadership skills and passion for education, she eventually became an instructor through the American Heart Association, teaching BLS and ACLS to other healthcare providers.

Madeline Sanders

LEAD MASTER AESTHETICIAN

Madeline moved to the Tri-Cities in 2020. Prior to her passion for the health and beauty industry, she received her BA in Business Administration in Marketing from Eastern Washington University. After achieving her Honors in Skin, becoming a certified member of the National Coalition of Estheticians Association and completing her Esthetician Program, she became a Licensed Master Esthetician.

Danielle Klas

Master Aesthetician

Danielle is a knowledgeable Master Aesthetician and Tri-City local, whose journey in the industry began in 2015. Her passion and unwavering enthusiasm have propelled her through a diverse career, marked by continuous learning and experience in various facets of aesthetics.

Bernice Mendoza

Master Aesthetician

With four years of experience as an Aesthetician, Bernice’s passion for skincare began with a personal mission to help her family overcome acne, scarring, and various skin conditions. This commitment to finding solutions inspired her to deeply understand the root causes of these issues.

Fluent in Spanish from growing up in a bilingual household, she easily connects with a diverse range of patients. Bernice’s goal is to offer personalized care and support, leveraging her own experiences to help others achieve their skincare dreams.

Vanessa Herrera

Front Office Manager

Vanessa is our Front Office Manager and brings valuable experience in hospital management, coupled with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration to the New U team. Her experience and education seamlessly combines business acumen with a passion for healthcare to drive operational excellence and ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic.

Jake Myers

HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

Jake grew up in Coeur d’Alene and relocated to the Tri-Cities during high school. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a minor in Office Management from BYU-Idaho. Throughout his career in Human Resources within the Tri-Cities area, Jake has demonstrated expertise in personnel management and organizational development.

Anna Nikulina

Marketing Specialist

Anna, originally from Ukraine, recently embarked on a new chapter of her life in the USA. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Management and Business Administration, her professional journey began in the vibrant world of e-commerce in Ukraine. However, due to unfortunate circumstances in her homeland, she made the difficult decision to leave.

For almost two years, Anna resided in Canada, where she transitioned into the role of a Marketing Specialist in the banking sector. During this period, she achieved Meta Certification in Digital Marketing, further honing her skills and expertise.

Dorian Devine

Social Media Specialist

Dorian is the Social Media Specialist at New U Women’s Clinic & Aesthetics! Born in Long Island, NY, and residing in North Carolina for most of her life, Dorian is new to the Tri-Cities area. She has extensive experience managing online presence, engaging with audiences, and creating compelling content that enhances brand visibility and connection. A recent graduate from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Dorian has worked as a designer for small businesses and startups, including a brand in India.

SAMANTHA GONZALEZ

Master Aesthetician

Samantha is a certified member of the National Coalition of Estheticians Association, having completed her esthetician program and further specialized in aesthetic laser technology at the Washington Laser Institute. With advanced expertise in BBL-HERO and HALO treatments, Samantha is passionate about utilizing these cutting-edge technologies to help patients achieve radiant, youthful skin. Her dedication to mastering these industry-leading therapies reflects her commitment to delivering exceptional results. Known for her kindness, patience, and compassion, Samantha empowers her patients by boosting their confidence and ensuring they look and feel their best. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spin classes, discovering new restaurants, and traveling.

Brian Hayes

Chief Strategy Officer

Brian has held sales, business development, and senior leadership positions in the aesthetic medical industry for over 25 years. During that time, he built and led high-performance teams ranging from 5 to 100+ people, held senior positions at market-leading corporations, launched startups, and generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.

He left a successful corporate career to found his consulting agency, providing leadership coaching and strategic business guidance to aesthetic practices and medspas. A sought-after speaker, Brian presents at industry conferences on topics such as leadership, team building, and strategic business growth.

Brian believes that in order for a business to be truly successful it must not only achieve financial success, but become a source of fulfillment, joy, and inspiration for its doctors, team members, and patients. He focuses his leadership efforts on creating a strong team culture where great people can thrive and grow; empowering them to provide exceptional service and experience to their patients.

In his free time, Brian loves spending time with family, traveling, working on old cars, and playing with his two dogs.
