Dr. Berdiyev graduated from Washington State University as a Family Nurse Practitioner with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Prior to moving to the Tri-Cities in 2018, she lived in Seattle, WA earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Seattle University. Her nursing career started at Kadlec Regional Medical Center where she worked as a nurse on the Resource team working on various units throughout the hospital. Prior to joining the New U team, she worked in the Clinical Decision Unit, where she cared for a wide variety of post-operative and gynaecological patients.
Throughout her Doctoral clinical rotations, Dr Berdiyev found herself gravitating towards women’s health patients and was determined to further pursue specializing in the field of gynaecology and hormone management. She emphasizes the importance of building meaningful relationships with her patients, providing competent quality care, and tailoring treatment plans to assist her patients in reaching their specific and unique goals. She finds it to be her personal responsibility to achieve extraordinary outcomes for each and every one of her patients. She is highly motivated to continue expanding her knowledge of medicine and staying up to date with the newest information. Outside of her work profession, she enjoys time with her family, hosting game nights with friends, playing tennis, and travelling.
