Children Policy
Here at New U, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all patients within the medical/aesthetic environment.
Cancellation
If there is a need to cancel for any reason, we ask for a 24-hour notice. Please understand that when you do not cancel or show up for an appointment, it is a cost to us. If you cannot provide us with a 24-hour notice, we may impose the following fees:
“No Show” fee:
- $100 charge for No Show fee
- Loss of deposit
Late cancellation(less than 24 hours notice):
- $100.00 charge for late cancellation fee
