Dr. Rachel Fidino is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over ten years of clinical experience. She is double board certified and holds national certifications as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and in Advanced Genetics Nursing.
Dr. Fidino believes in personalized and precision healthcare and specializes in Genetic Counseling and testing services. She opened New U Women’s Clinic and Aesthetics in February 2020 as a one stop solution for women of all ages.
Her expertise is in hereditary cancer syndromes, comprehensive women’s health, hormone replacement therapy, and state-of-the-art aesthetic procedures.
Dr. Rachel Fidino is a previous board member for The National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health (NPWH) and has provided her expertise on multiple national position statements for NPWH regarding carrier screening, breast cancer, hereditary cancer syndromes, and menstrual equality. She has served on the Expanded Carrier Screening Coalition for the United States; and on ACOG’s Early Onset Breast Cancer Evidence Review Committee.
Dr. Fidino is a published author and was featured on the cover of Women’s Healthcare Journal for her article on Caring for Women on Adjuvant Endocrine Therapy following breast cancer treatment. She is a National Keynote Speaker for Cancer Genetics, National FDA trainer for Merck, and speaks at conferences across the country on various women’s health issues. She was recognized as 1 of 10 Young Professionals in Business under the age of 40 by the Tri-Cities Journal of Business in 2021. She is a Master Injector who is known for creating a treatment plan that combines the science and art of beauty. She holds multiple aesthetic certifications, such as, MINT PDO Threading, Instalift, Vampire PRP procedures, O-shot, P-shot, and QWO.
Dr. Fidino is the Founder of a 501c3 nonprofit called the Healing Hands Project that improves menstrual health, access to feminine hygiene products, and quality of life for low-income and homeless women across our state. Organizations from across the country reach out to HHP asking for help to provide feminine hygiene kits for homeless women and sex trafficking victims.
She is passionate about improving the lives of women and actively involved in legislation for Washington State. She presented SB5716 with Senator Sharon Brown that would increase payer coverage for women who are high-risk for breast cancer. She is actively involved in legislation at both the state and federal level.
