Vanessa is our Front Office Manager and brings valuable experience in hospital management, coupled with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, to the New U team. Her experience and education seamlessly combine business acumen with a passion for healthcare to drive operational excellence and ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic. As the Office Manager, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing administrative processes, optimizing workflow efficiency, and fostering a positive and patient-centric environment.
She is committed to making each patient feel seen and known and passionate about extending patient care beyond the clinical side of healthcare, ensuring a one-of-a-kind patient experience from beginning to end. In the ever-evolving realm of women’s health and aesthetics, she strives to keep our clinic and patient experience at the forefront of excellence. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, photography, and providing career mentorship to underprivileged high school girls.
